Fast Pass Driving School Will Become Road Pilot Driver Training

Fast Pass Driving School Is Becoming Road Pilot Driver Training

A New Name. A New Identity. The Same Commitment to Our Learners.

Big changes are coming to Fast Pass Driving School.

Later in 2026, Fast Pass Driving School will officially become Road Pilot Driver Training.

This is an exciting new chapter for the business and one that we have been carefully planning behind the scenes.

The change will bring a new name, a new visual identity and a new website, while maintaining the experience, knowledge and commitment to providing quality driving tuition that our learners have come to expect.

We are currently putting the finishing touches to the new Road Pilot Driver Training website, finalising our branding and organising new vehicle signage before we officially make the switch.

Why Are We Changing From Fast Pass Driving School?

There is an important reason behind our decision.

Over the years, we have discovered that Fast Pass Driving School is a name used by a number of different driving schools and businesses across the UK.

While we are proud of the Fast Pass name, this can create confusion for customers searching for us online.

There are businesses operating under the same or very similar names, and some have online reviews and reputations that have absolutely nothing to do with our driving school.

We don’t want a potential customer searching for Fast Pass Driving School to find another company and mistakenly believe they have found us.

Equally, we don’t want the reputation, reviews or customer experiences of another business to be incorrectly associated with our driving school.

We want our identity to be unmistakably ours.

That is why we have decided to move forward with a completely new name:

Road Pilot Driver Training

The new name gives us the opportunity to build a distinctive identity that is easier for customers to recognise and associate specifically with our business.

Why Road Pilot Driver Training?

The name Road Pilot Driver Training reflects what we want our business to represent.

Learning to drive is about much more than simply passing a driving test.

Our aim is to help learners develop the knowledge, awareness, judgement and confidence required to become capable drivers once they are out on the road independently.

Think of your instructor as helping you become the pilot of your own journey.

From your first lesson through to passing your test and beyond, we want to help you take control of your driving future.

What Is Changing?

Over the coming months, you will gradually start to see the new Road Pilot Driver Training identity appear.

We are currently working on:

  • Our new website

  • New branding and marketing materials

  • Vehicle signage

  • Social media branding

  • Customer communications

  • Online profiles

  • Advertising materials

  • The overall Road Pilot Driver Training identity

We are taking our time to make sure everything is right before the official launch.

We don’t want to rush the process.

We want Road Pilot Driver Training to launch properly and give our customers a professional, modern and recognisable brand from day one.

What Isn’t Changing?

The most important part of this announcement is simple:

The change of name does not mean we are changing our commitment to our learners.

The same experience and dedication to helping people learn to drive will continue.

Our focus remains on providing professional, supportive driving tuition designed around the individual learner.

Whether you’re completely new to driving, nervous behind the wheel, preparing for your test or looking for a new instructor, our aim remains the same — helping you become a safe, confident and independent driver.

Automatic Driving Lessons

Road Pilot Driver Training will continue to provide automatic driving lessons across areas including Wigan, Chorley and Westhoughton, subject to instructor availability.

Automatic lessons can be particularly appealing to learners who want to concentrate on developing their road awareness, observations, positioning and decision-making without having to operate a clutch or manually change gears.

We can offer flexible lesson times depending on availability, including daytime, evenings, weekends and early mornings.

If you’re currently searching for automatic driving lessons near me, our team can help you find out what availability is currently available.

Manual Driving Lessons

Manual driving lessons will also continue to be available in selected local areas.

Learning in a manual vehicle allows you to develop clutch control, gear selection and the additional skills involved in driving a manual car.

Whether you choose automatic or manual, the most important thing is finding an instructor and learning environment that works for you.

Driving Lessons in Wigan, Chorley, Leyland & Westhoughton

Road Pilot Driver Training will continue to provide driving lessons across Wigan, Chorley, Leyland, Westhoughton and surrounding areas, subject to instructor availability.

If you are searching for:

  • Driving lessons Wigan

  • Driving lessons Chorley

  • Driving lessons Leyland

  • Driving lessons Westhoughton

  • Automatic driving lessons Wigan

  • Automatic driving lessons Chorley

  • Driving instructor near me

  • Driving lessons near me

we’d love to hear from you.

Our local instructors understand the roads in the area and can help learners prepare for their practical driving test while developing the skills needed for everyday driving.

What Happens If I’m Already Learning With Fast Pass?

If you are already a Fast Pass Driving School customer, there is no need to worry.

The upcoming rebrand is primarily a change to our name and identity.

As we get closer to the official changeover, we will communicate further information to existing customers so that everyone knows exactly what is happening.

Your driving lessons and learning journey will continue as normal.

The biggest difference you will notice is gradually seeing Road Pilot Driver Training appear where you previously saw Fast Pass Driving School.

Are We Changing Everything?

No.

We are changing the identity of the business because we believe it is the right thing to do for our future.

But we are not throwing away everything we have built.

The experience, knowledge and values behind the business remain incredibly important to us.

The new Road Pilot Driver Training brand gives us a cleaner foundation to build on without the confusion caused by multiple businesses using the Fast Pass name.

Why Are We Announcing It Now?

The official switch won’t happen immediately.

We are currently working behind the scenes to make sure everything is ready.

That includes making final changes to our new website, preparing our marketing, organising vehicle signage and getting all of our online platforms ready for the change.

We wanted to let our customers know what is happening rather than simply changing everything overnight.

Over the coming months, you may therefore see references to both Fast Pass Driving School and Road Pilot Driver Training while we complete the transition.

Don’t worry — you’ve found the right team.

We’re simply getting ready for our next chapter.

The Future Is Road Pilot Driver Training

We are genuinely excited about what the future holds.

The move to Road Pilot Driver Training gives us the opportunity to create a stronger, more distinctive brand that customers can easily identify.

It also gives us a fresh platform to continue developing the business and providing professional driving tuition to learners across our local area.

Fast Pass Driving School is becoming Road Pilot Driver Training.

Same commitment.
Same focus on our learners.
A new name.
A clearer identity.

We’ll share more information as we get closer to the official launch later in 2026.
